Under the lidership of FLSmidth we recently implemented ECS/ProcessExpert®️ intelligent control software on the cement and raw mills at Cimentas İzmir. Performance testing is completed and showed increased feed rates and significant reduction of power consumption. Crucially, these operational gains were achieved without compromising the quality of the end product.
For a sustainable success in ECS/ProcessExpert software, the technical support will primarily be provided locally by Pacpro. We’re now installing the software on the kiln.
